1. Validity of the sales contract and price information
1.1 These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of services from the Online Store.
1.2 All prices are listed in euros and displayed alongside the services.
1.3 Service descriptions and additional information are provided with each service.
2. Placing an order and payment
2.1 Select the desired seminar and add it to the cart. Click the “Add to cart” button.
2.2 If you have a discount code, enter it on the cart page and apply it before proceeding to checkout.
2.3 Enter your details on the checkout page:
Email address
First and last name
Phone number
Your address
If the order is placed on behalf of a company, also enter the company name and official address.
2.4 Choose a payment method. Payments are processed via SEB EveryPay secure payment solution.
Available payment methods include:
Bank links from Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania
Credit and debit card payments, including Visa and Mastercard
It is also possible to pay via bank transfer. In this case, an invoice will be sent to the customer by email, and the order will be processed after payment is received.
2.5 When paying via bank link or card, please ensure you click “Return to merchant” after completing the payment.
2.6 Before confirming the order, please review all entered information. Accurate information ensures smooth processing of your order.
2.7 After placing the order, a confirmation and invoice will be sent by email. The order will be fulfilled after the payment has been received.
3. Access to the seminar
3.1 After payment, access to the purchased seminar will be provided according to the seminar description.
3.2 Information related to the seminar, such as time, location or access details, will be sent via email.
3.3 The customer is responsible for ensuring that the provided email address is correct.
4. Right of withdrawal
4.1 The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days after placing the order.
4.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply if the customer is a legal entity.
4.3 To withdraw, a statement must be sent to info@lymphworks-baltics.eu within 14 days.
4.4 Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving the withdrawal request.
5. Right to file complaints
5.1 If there are issues with the service, the customer has the right to submit a complaint within two months.

5.3 The Online Store will respond in writing within 15 working days.
6. Processing of personal data and direct marketing
6.1 Personal data is used solely for processing orders and providing services.
6.2 Marketing messages are sent only with the customer’s consent.
6.3 The customer can unsubscribe at any time via email or the unsubscribe link.
